doing st. catherines today.
weather got cold - we are still picnicing

the neighbourhood we're staying in is so rad. the apartment is an old walk up. we are staying with two brothers - one we havent seen yet, along with two other couch surfers, a german girl names hannah and her son who is probably about four or five - and soooo adorable. he just talks so much even though none of us speak german.

yesterday we ate dinner on beautiful patio filled with cigarette smoke about a half hour down Mont Royal from where we are staying. we headed to University to meet up with Brit and her friend for a few drinks before they leave for Ottawa.

Metro is incredible....i feel like after this month a subway might become a criteria for a city i live in.

everyone in montreal looks like they live in montreal. plus you can pin point the ones who will speak english because they also look like hipsters who moved here from other cities.

We also got amazing poutine on the way home from the bar... everything is 24 hrs on our street it seems like. which is rad.

no big deal. just one day in MTL.
